The P3 Engine: Power, Precision, Performance

Our method embraces a fail-forward approach to growth. We want every athlete to be fearless and confident when they fail, because failure is how we truly grow and learn. We push our players to take risks, learn from mistakes, adjust, and come back stronger with every rep.

Workouts

We offer two field practices, one hitting practice, and one strength and conditioning session each week. Every workout is designed with a clear purpose, building skills step by step so athletes know exactly why they’re doing each drill and how it helps their game.

EXPERIENCED COACHING UNIT

Guided by Elite Experience

Our staff features current high school coaches, former college players, and experienced instructors who understand the modern game. Together, they bring a blend of on-field experience, teaching expertise, and mentorship to guide each athlete’s development.

Games

We play 2–3 times a month, using each game as a live training environment. Our focus is on development first—helping athletes apply what they’ve worked on in practice, compete with intent, and learn from every situation on the field.
